Dr. Farrokh Kamran Khajavi, born in 1974 in Tehran, is a fellowship-trained plastic and aesthetic surgeon with a specialty board in plastic surgery and a general surgery board. He is a member of the Iranian Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgeons and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).

After completing his general medicine studies at Iran University of Medical Sciences, Dr. Khajavi completed his general surgery residency at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. In 2008, he earned his general surgery board, ranking third nationwide in the comprehensive national exam. He then began his fellowship in plastic surgery at Iran University of Medical Sciences, Hazrat Fatemeh (S) Hospital in 2009 and completed it in 2012, achieving seventh place in the comprehensive plastic surgery board exam.

During his fellowship, Dr. Khajavi had the opportunity to train alongside leading plastic surgeons in Iran and internationally, gaining hands-on experience in the best educational and clinical centers of plastic and aesthetic surgery in Iran, including Hazrat Fatemeh (S) Hospital, private clinics in Tehran, and through participation in international and national scientific congresses. During this period, he performed over 3,000 complex and diverse surgical procedures.

Dr. Khajavi’s dedication to learning and advancing his skills continues to this day. By attending national and international seminars, workshops, and engaging in continuous study, he remains up-to-date with global advancements in this complex and dynamic field. Since earning his fellowship, he has successfully performed over 4,000 surgical procedures in educational hospitals and private practice.

Currently, Dr. Khajavi focuses exclusively on specialized private practice, performing advanced facial surgeries such as primary, secondary, and reconstructive rhinoplasty, facelift, endoscopic face and brow lift, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), neck lift and liposuction, fat grafting and facial fillers, as well as body contouring procedures including lipomatic liposuction, abdominoplasty, breast surgeries (mastopexy, augmentation with implants or fat grafting), buttock augmentation with implants or fat grafting, post-mastectomy breast reconstruction, and other facial rejuvenation and laser treatments.

He ensures a thorough preoperative evaluation, including physical examination, imaging, and lab tests, to determine the patient’s needs and select the safest, most effective surgical approach, aiming for the best outcomes with minimal risk.
